THE PLEROMA

The Fulness of Him That Filleth All in All

For in him dwelleth all the Fulness of the Godhead bodily.

And ye are complete in him, which is the Head of all principality and power... (Colossians 2:9,10).

__________

That the God of our Lord (Hesus-Crishna), the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of Wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

THE EYES OF YOUR UNDERSTANDING BEING ENLIGHTENED; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance IN the saints.

AND WHAT IS THE EXCEEDING GREATNESS OF HIS POWER to usward who believe, according to the working of his Mighty Power,

Which he wrought in Christ when he raised him from the dead, (according to Paul's revelation, and Paul's Gospel...2 Timothy 2:8), and set him at His own Right Hand in the heavenly places,

Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every Name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

And hath put all things UNDER HIS FEET, and gave him to be Head over all things to the church,

Which is his Body, THE FULNESS OF HIM THAT FILLETH ALL IN ALL... (Ephesians 1:17-23).

___________

Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered...(Hebrews 5:11).

And hath raised us up together, and made us to sit together (at his own Right Hand) in heavenly places...Ephesians, chapter 2.

CHRIST...or the Higher Self, is the fundamental principle underlying the idea of personal Godhood: and is the Divine Life which proceeds forth from the Absolute, as the Son from the Father, to enter the world of manifestation and animate all things. He it is who is the Divine Sacrifice, in that he limits himself within all of his creatures. Again, when involution and evolution are accomplished, (see Ephesians 4:9,10), he leaves the world and departs to the Father, taking with him the results of the soul-process.

Now through that Divine effort of manifestations, all that is expressed and comprised in mineral, vegetal, animal, and human, is lived through in due order in this underworld. whilst the essential Christ, the Lord in heaven, is "seated at the Right Hand of the Father": that is, he lives as the Power Actual proceeding from Power Potential. He comes forth in the world-cycle as Saviour and Judge in innumerable cloaks (forms) as the One Life operating diversely in many sheaths.

Christ is in everything. The forms or sheaths--the outward expressions of potential Spirits--are as the borders of his garment, which he shall cast forth when their purpose is effected, and afterwards he shall reveal his Full Form and Stature to himself, for there is not another beside him. __________

"There is nothing which remains unchallenged, no doctrine, no discipline, no law, no custom. What is demanded, as was demanded of Israel, is nothing less than a death and resurrection. 'Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up'...But he spoke of the temple of his body.

It is this Body of Christ which has to undergo this transformation, this temple of the eternal Wisdom. From the beginning of the world this temple has been building--the whole creation is the temple of God. From the beginning of history this Body of Christ, which is the body of humanity, in which the divine Spirit dwells, has been growing age by age. Every religion has contributed to the building of this temple, every human being is a member of this Body, which is the 'pleroma,' the 'fulness' of him who fills all in all. Now the Church is this Body of Christ. It is the visible structure in which the mystery of the divine life among men is being manifested. But it is not possible to conceive this Church in isolation from the rest of the world. This divine Mystery is present everywhere in the hearts of all men. It is present in every religion. The mystery of the Church, which is the mystery of the divine life among men, has to be seen in the light of the universal revelation. It is not sufficient to return to the Bible to discover the original source of Christianity. The biblical revelation has to be seen in the context of history as a stage in the manifestation of the Word of God, of the eternal Wisdom, which has been present in the world from the beginning." The Return to Center, by Bede Griffiths, p.111.

__________

That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being Rooted and Grounded in love,

May be able to comprehend with all saints, what is the Breadth, and Length, and Depth, and Height:

And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, THAT YE MIGHT BE FILLED WITH ALL THE FULNESS OF GOD...(Ephesians 3:16-19).

__________

For both He that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one...(Hebrews 2:11).

HAST THOU WITH GOD SPREAD OUT THE SKY, WHICH IS STRONG, AS A MOLTEN LOOKING GLASS?...(Job 37:18).

Giving thanks unto the Father. which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

Who hath delivered us from the power of Darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. (See Psalm 2:10-12):

In whom we have redemption through his blood, (through the Blood that is being shed everywhere throughout the earth, and which will be shed by the sons and daughters of God again in these times), even the forgiveness of sins:

Who is the image of the Invisible God, the Firstborn of every creature:

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him and for him. (Understand the equation here: "By him" is the Lord. "For him" is the Anointed Ones who appear IN the Name of the Lord an IN the mystery of His Presence):

And He is before all things, and by Him ALL THINGS consist.

And he is the Head (the Mind) of the Body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in ALL things He might have preeminence.

For it pleased the Father that in Him shall All Fulness dwell...(Colossians 1:12-20).

__________

He who sees me (the Universal Self) present in all beings, and sees all beings existing in me, I am never out of sight of him, nor is he ever out of sight of me...(Bhagavad Gita VI).

__________

Let every soul be subject unto the Higher Powers. FOR THERE IS NO POWER BUT OF GOD: the powers that be, (from the furthest East to the furthest West, from the North to the South), are ordained of God...

And that knowing the time, and now is high time to awaken out of sleep, for now is our salvation nearer than we think.

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of Darkness, and let us put on The Armour of Light...(Romans 13:1-7, 11-12).

__________

"In order to elevate our thoughts to a contemplation of the transcedant problems toward which the mind of the Gnostics, (those like Paul), were carried...from the world of men, our earth, we must pass in thought through the sublunary spaces, visible and invisible, thence we must pass beyond the moon firmament, the heaven, into the ethereal spaces--the star worlds and their infinite inhabitants, (see 1 Corinthians 15:40,41), spaces, and regions, orders and hierarchies--bounded at the utmost limits of space and time, by the Great Firmament, (see John 1:51), the Ring "Pass-Not" which marks off the phenomenal universe from the universe of reality out of space and time. It is a boundary everywhere and nowhere." Fragments of a Faith Forgotten, by G.R.S. Mead, p.31.

__________

"The physical world in which we live, the objectively observed universe around us, is only part of an inconceivably vast system of worlds; most of these are spiritual in essence. They are a different order from our known world, which does not mean that they exist somewhere else, but means that they exist in different dimensions of being. What is more, the various worlds interpenetrate and interact in such a way that they can be considered counterparts of one another, each reflecting or projecting itself on the one below or above it, with all of the modifications, changes, and even distortions that are the result of such an interaction." Adin Steinsaltz, The Thirteen Petalled Rose.

__________

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up in his fleshly mind.

And not holding the Head (the Mind of the Universe) from which the Body (the physical world, and all its manifestations), by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God...(Colossians 2:18,19).

____________

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven, (out of the firmament of human comprehension), with his mighty angels,

In Flaming Fire taking vengeance on them that know not God (even though they profess to know God), and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the Presence of the Lord, and from the glory of His Power...(2 Thessalonians 1:6-9; Isaiah 66:15,16).

__________

Finally my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the Power of his Might...

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the Darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places...(Ephesians 6:10, 12).

__________

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord...(Romans 8:38,39).

HE WAS SEEN

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve.

After that he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some ar fallen asleep.

After that he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.

And last of all was seen of me also, as one born out of due time...(1 Corinthians 15:5-8).

__________

For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the Power and Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, BUT WERE EYEWITNESSES OF HIS MAJESTY.

For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the Excellent Glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased...(2 Peter 1:16,17).

__________

Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect; yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world that come to nought.

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world to our glory,

Which none of the princes of this world knew, for had they known it they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory...

Which things we teach, not in words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Spirit teacheth, comparing spiritual with spirtual, (Hesus in the West with Vishnu/Krishna in the East)...(1 Corinthians 2:6-8, 12,13).

__________

He appeared to them all. He appeared to the great as great, and to the small as small...to the angels as an angel, and to men as a man...Some indeed saw him thinking they were seeing themselves. But when he appeared to the disciples in glory on the mount, (see Matthew 17:1-7), he was not small. He became great and made his disciples great that they might be able to see him...(The Gospel of Phillip, The Nag Hammadi Library).

__________

But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord...(2 Corinthians 3:18).

__________

It is not possible for anyone to see anything that actually exists unless one become like them. This is not the way with (the unspiritual) man in the world. He sees the sun without becoming a Sun, and he sees heaven and earth and all these things, but he is not these things...But you saw the Spirt and became Spirit, you saw Christ and became Christ. In this place (the natural state of mind) you see yourself; but in that place you do see yourself, and what you see you shall become...(The Gospel of Phillip).

__________

But we see (Jesus) who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour, that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man (in every man).

For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many children unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through suffering.

Both he that that sanctifieth, and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren...(Hebrews 2:9, 11-18).

__________

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Hesus-Crishna, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

Who are kept by the Power of God through faith unto salvation READY TO BE REVEALED IN THE LAST TIME...(1 Peter 1:3-5).

For Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us...(1 Corinthians 5:7).
